Exercise Evaluation Course
This 2-day course provides knowledge, and develops skills that will enable those attending to manage exercise evaluation activities before, during and after an emergency management exercise. Additionally personnel will understand the process of providing guidance and training to evaluators that have specific assignments evaluating an exercise.

- Explain Evaluation Methodology
- Describe the role of an Exercise Evaluator

- Identify the components of an After-Action Report
Demonstration Activities
- Assist in writing an evaluation plan
- Serve on an evaluation team
- Demonstrate problem solving techniques
- Write a checklist with points-of-review
- Observe and collect data
- Assist in writing an evaluation report
