Pre-Emergency Planning offers consultation in the development of school crisis plans, working with your public safety agencies and incident management teams to ensure that your planning addresses traditional crises and emergencies, such as fires, critical incidents (active shooters, bombs, hostage situations), as well as biological, radiological, chemical, cyber and other terrorist activities. Our services specialize in ensuring that your crisis planning addresses the unique and individual circumstances of each school, while addressing the four major areas of planning: prevention/mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery. We can assist you in the review or development of an emergency response/operations plan, business continuity plan, communications plan or in the training of staff or the validation of the plans through dicussion and operaitonal based exercises.
